So as you know, you've got 4 phases within your 28-ish day menstrual cycle. These 4 phases have varying hormonal makeups, and therefore very different characteristics.

In working with me, you will discover for yourself exactly what each of these 4 phases feels like for you.

This invaluable information, once you have acquired and learnt, is fundamental self awareness which will empower you to optimise the rest of your life with, and (once you reach menopause) without your cycle.

So, the details within our (minimum) 12 weeks working online together -

  • 12 weeks of workouts, fully programmed workout plans - easy to follow:

    • tailored to achieve your exercise goals and fitness outcomes​

    • synced to your personal menstrual cycle (the respective energy levels, strength and endurance potential, physiological boundaries and possibilities)

  • 3x cycle tracking print-out docs that will support the evolution of your cycle awareness, namely exercise and physical energy -related, cyclical symptoms, and mood & energy. 

  • 1x weekly face-to-face check in call! As well as 24/7 communication availability, video analysis, adjustment and modification

  • Access to Everything You Need To Know About Each Phase of Your Menstrual Cycle cheat sheets, phase-specific food lists, how to move, eat and work in each phase sheets, exercise and nutrition guidelines for each phase, and more. 

  • Up to date news and female-specific science updates (from a BSc science research, health & wellness nerd), with a lot of cycle-syncing knowledge!

  • Accountability, motivation, progress tracking, any extra personalisations you need, and lots of smiles :)

All information is collation of own research and personal experience. G holds a Human Biosciences BSc degree, and has completed a Nutritional Chef course, as well as having cooked alongside a Naturopathic chef for over 4 years, and worked with/for central London renowned health food businesses in both developmental and practical roles.

G has a wide array of experience and diverse skill set to now cook and eat incredibly intuitively. With developed and refined self- and cycle- awareness, intuition and kitchen skills, this platform is to pass on G's research and findings, and intuitively created recipes (that will apply widely since they are equally founded upon and combined with scientific findings in female hormonal research).
