Hi! It's G!
My learning began with me not having my own menstrual cycle for years. And after doctors, nutritionists, naturopaths, nothing helping (and me refusing to go on the OCP), I decided to fix things for myself.
I studied Human BioSciences (BSc) at university (so I'm a bit of a human biology & wellness nerd already) and read, researched, watched, listened to, tried, tested, experimented - basically learnt pretty much everything there is to know.
And yes, now my cycle is as regular and healthy as ever, and I'm thriving.
I am a fully qualified personal trainer & fitness instructor certified with Active IQ, endorsed by CIMSPA, and I want to teach you that what you do in your daily life, and how you move, can either directly harm, or heal and balance your hormones.
I have SO MUCH KNOWLEDGE (from my 5+ years of extensive research) spanning from fitness & movement to nutrition & naturopathy, life & self-awareness, and I can't wait for you to discover and understand the superpowers you hold if you learn to play them right.
